WE RE NOT ACCEPTING ANY MORE BOOKINGS FOR POULTRY IN 2024

SEASONAL - Processed May to August

  • 100 BIRD MINUMUM - 2025 Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate smaller flock sizes going forward.

  • 101+ Birds: $7.25/bird

  • Heritage birds (any bird not white) will be charged an additional $0.50/bird for additional cleaning.

  • Saving organs, and necks ($1/bird)

  • Save feet ($0.50/bird)

  • Condemned birds: $3/bird

  • Overweight birds (over 7lbs) will be charged $1/lbs extra.

    ***Included in the processing fee: Slaughter, vacuum packaging, custom labelling ( price, date and weight)

  • Broiler crate rental: $4

sheep, Lamb, Goat

  • Slaughter: $65

  • Slaughter only: $80

  • Goat slaughter: $75

  • Save hide: $20/each

  • Split lamb in half: $20

  • Save organs (if not condemned: $5/per animal)

  • Cut, Vacuum package and Freeze: $85 up to 60lbs and $1.50 for each lbs. over 60lbs.

  • We do NOT offer butcher paper wrap anymore

  • WE OFFER A STANDARD BUTCHERS CUT FOR ALL LAMBS AS FOLLOWS:

  •  Neck stew chops

  • Shoulders into roasts and a few chops/steaks (pkgs of 2).

  • 2 Racks of lamb

  • Lamb Loin Chops – packages of 4

  •  Lamb Ribs

  • 4 Shanks

  • Legs as whole roasts (can cut in half if requested)

  •  Trim gets turned into ground lamb.

Processed year round

  • Hog under 250lbs - skinned out - $95

  • Hog over 250lbs - skinned out - $125

  • Slaughter only - add $50

  • Waste Disposal - $10

  • Save offal $10

BEEF

  • UTM - $220

  • OTM - $235

  • Waste Disposal - $20/beef - UTM

  • Waste Disposal - $50/beef - OTM

  • Slaughter only add $75/beef

  • Save offal $20

  • We hang for 10 days, if requested we can hang for longer at $10/day/side.

CUSTOM CUTTING

  • Custom cutting: $1.50/lbs vacuum packed

  • Paper wrap discontinued

  • No custom quarters, only full sides or whole beef.

  • Ground will be stuffed into plastic meat chub bags either 1 or 2lbs portions. Vacuum packed ground available on special request for an additional $0.25/lbs.

SPECIALTY SERVICES

  • Only available for 4 plus hogs per booking

  • 50 pound minimum

  • Custom Fresh Sausage - $4/lbs

  • Bacon Cure and Smoke - $4.25/lbs

Delivery & Payment

ALL POULTRY to be delivered to the facility between 6:30AM AND 7:30AM THE DAY OF SLAUGHTER

LAMB, HOGS, CATTLE to be delivered THE DAY BEFORE SLAUGHTER anytime after 1pm.

Payment is due at the time of pick-up by e-transfer (to info@creeksidemeats.ca),

cash, or cheque also accepted. Thank you.
